How to weave a simple fishtail bracelet
Let's start with the simplest option. This narrow weave can be made in either one color or in a variegated range.
To implement you will need:
- material in three shades (for example, white, pink and red);
- hook;
- slingshot;
- clasp.

- Place a rubber band on the fork, first crossing it in the center.
- Next, place two more on the instrument, alternating them by color.
- Take your hook and use it to hook the bottom loop on one side.
- Throw it to the center.
- Repeat the same action on the other side;
- Next, place the rubber bands on the device one at a time, alternating colors. Repeat the above action.
- Thus, make a chain of sufficient length.
- Next, slip the loops to one side and fasten them with an s-shaped clasp.
- Use the other side of the clasp to hook onto the starting loop.

Using a simple weaving pattern as a basic method, you can create more interesting versions of this bracelet. Let's look at them in order of complexity.
Double row weaving
To perform it you will need a special device, which is shown in the photo.
For a two-row product, four protrusions are used. There are rubber bands on them in a cross pattern. Next we weave one by one, just as in the single-row version.
When knitting a three- and four-row product, the strips are fastened together with transverse elastic bands.
Attention! For complex weaving, instead of a loom, you can use two table forks connected by lower parts.
