To make such a decoration you will need wire cutters, pliers, round nose pliers, a ruler and a sketch of the future pendant.

Pendant made of beads and seed beads

Beginners are recommended to practice on beads made of wood or plastic. Wooden ones can be painted in the desired color if necessary.

In the future, it will be possible to use artificial or ornamental stones (for example, agate or pearls) and valuable wood.

It is better to buy Czech or Japanese beads. Chinese beads are often crooked or too narrow.

Polymer clay pendant

To make jewelry from this material, you need to prepare polymer clay (plastic), a pendant mount, a chain and superglue.

First, you should make a sketch of the future product, then form it from plastic. Then the decoration needs to be placed in the oven (the appropriate temperature and the required amount of time are indicated on the packaging).

Then make a hole with a small drill, insert the fastener into it, grease it with superglue and varnish it. Leave the pendant until completely dry.

Pendant made of chain, braid and lace

Such materials will be needed not only to hang the jewelry around the neck, adjusting the required length, but also for the design of such a pendant itself.

To make such a decoration, you must perform the following steps:

• make a paper pattern;
• From the dense material chosen for the base, cut out 2 parts and glue both with double tape;
• then the parts need to be sewn up, turned inside out and Velcro sewn on the ends;
• decorate the workpiece to your liking using available materials.

Epoxy resin pendant

Epoxy resin is an amazing thing that allows you to preserve flowers, feathers and other similar items forever.

To make a pendant from such material and a dried flower, you need to prepare:

• dry flower;
• epoxy resin;
• hardener;
• mixing container;
• microbeads;
• setting for filling;
• colored sand;
• wooden stick;
• hard cardboard;
• toothpick;
• tweezers;
• pliers;
• connecting rings;
• bale;
• chain and extension (if necessary);
• carbine.

Technique:

• Resin and hardener must be mixed in a ratio of 2:1, thoroughly stirring the mixture with a wooden stick (the proportions sometimes differ depending on the manufacturer, you need to carefully read the instructions).
• Now follows prepare a background from colored sand for a future pendant. To do this, a small amount of resin must be distributed over the platform prepared for pouring. Then carefully pour in some sand. Then use a toothpick to mix the sand and resin well, distributing the background evenly over the surface. After this, the workpiece should be covered with a transparent cap and left for a day. When covering, you need to make sure that there is air access to the pendant until the resin has completely dried. When the resin stops sticking to your hands, you can continue working with the pendant.

• It is necessary to prepare resin and fillers for decoration.. The flower must be carefully placed on the base using tweezers and the excess trimmed off. Now you need to take a small amount of resin with a stick and spread it over the flower to fix it well. Add some microbeads, cover the workpiece and leave until dry.
• After this you need add volume to the pendant. You need to prepare the resin and leave it for about an hour until it becomes viscous and thick. Now you can form a bulge on the pendant. When finishing filling, you need to carefully shape the edges, without smudges or gaps. After this, the suspension must be left for a day.
• Then follows measure the desired chain length. A carabiner should be attached to one edge of the chain using a ring. Now you need to put a bail on the chain and attach an extension (or connecting ring) to the other side. Using a ring, connect the pendant to the bail. The original decoration is ready.

Important! Epoxy resin fumes are toxic, so work in a well-ventilated area. Once hardened, the resin is completely harmless.

Braid of stone

Braiding a stone with wire is quite simple. For work you will need: wire, ruler, pliers and electrical tape (for holding pieces of wire together during work).

Then 3-5-7 wires (depending on the thickness of the stone and the wire itself) must be intercepted (wound) in several places with another piece of wire. Then they need to be bent and tensioned depending on the shape and thickness of the stone. The main task is to securely fix the stone with beautiful and even bends of the wire.

Pendant with sequins

A simple, but at the same time original, shimmering pendant can be easily made from glitter, a metal base and decoupage glue.The glitter should be carefully laid out in layers on a base that has been pre-lubricated with glue. Each subsequent layer must be smeared with glue and filled with glitter until the entire pendant is filled with them.
