- hand weaving. The jeweler makes the chain links by hand and solders them depending on the weave.
When making hollow chains, there is inexpensive metal in the middle of the twigs. Once the weaving is complete, chemical reactions remove the inexpensive metal from the chain, leaving a void inside.
Another method is stamping. The gold is rolled into a thin layer and cut into strips. Then the jeweler cuts them into small pieces, from which he makes links. The elements are connected without soldering, so the process takes less effort and time. But the finished product is often deformed or completely torn. Sometimes the elements of the chain are extruded ready-made from a sheet of gold, and the master simply connects them.

Bismarck is a wide range of weaves. They can be openly masculine with a plexus of complex, voluminous links. But there are models that are suitable for women. Such a chain will not break, tangle or deform, unless the lock is damaged.
Popular among women's chains is Moscow Bismarck. The links look like a flat oval, inside of which there are 2 circles. They can be closely adjacent to each other, or they can be located at a distance, forming gaps.
