Since the times of shortages, thrifty housewives have made it a habit not to throw away buttons from things that have become unusable. Most often they are altered to other clothes, but people with a rich imagination find other, unconventional uses for them.

Buttons can be used as a decorative element in the manufacture of a huge number of items for aesthetic and practical purposes.

Button card

Will be an original gift for any occasion. You will need:

• a sheet of white cardboard;
• flat buttons of different colors and sizes;
• threads that harmonize with them;
• needle;
• colored markers, pens or pencils.

The postcard can be single or double. In the first case, there will be enough space for a frame, a drawing, and an inscription. In the second, since the cardboard will have to be folded in half, a small picture will fit on the outer part, and a congratulation on the inside.

Buttons can become the basis for fashionable jewelry. Forming the contours of beads, necklaces, bracelets, buttons:
