There are never too many flowers. Apparently, this is exactly what designers think when they decorate clothes, bags and accessories, shoes and even pieces of furniture with bright prints. Stylists continue to experiment, splashing out the energy accumulated during the pandemic.
Shoes with floral pattern
In addition to bags, Gucci presented shoes with similar prints. Became favorite original loafers with illustrations by Italian master Vittorio Accornero. By the way, the artist did not even think about the world of fashion. He worked for many years in the world of fairy tales, creating colorful illustrations for “Pinocchio” and “Alice in Wonderland.”
Everything changed after meeting a representative of the fashion house - Rodolfo Gucci. This event took place in the 60s of the last century. Then the fashion designer suggested combining skills and doing something special in the fashion world.
Exclusive work
The first collaboration between the artist and fashion designer was silk scarf for famous actress Grace Kelly. Gucci was going to impress a beautiful girl and told him what he wanted to get, and the artist skillfully brought the idea to life.
Grace Kelly was delighted with the gift she received.
Later, Accornero drew a whole collection of floral sketches that are used for shoes and accessories from Gucci today. And over more than 60 years of history, they have not lost any of their popularity.
The magical garden of the Italian master is now decorated with shoes from the fashion house. Roses, asters, chrysanthemums, tulips, violets, sunflowers and other bright flowers remind of summer and create unique images, intertwined on elegant shoes.
