Close the loops of the label. Go to the sides. Knit in a semicircle with blue yarn to the desired height.
Knit the last three rows: purl row, knit row, purl row and bind off the loops. Thread the laces directly into the side knit fabric and the booties are ready. No seams and no crochet - just knitting needles and yarn.
