We can easily buy ordinary, non-therapeutic tights without special consultation. To determine the size of the product, you need to know your height in centimeters and weight in kilograms.
How to measure height correctly:
- Stand barefoot straight, without slouching, with your back to a flat vertical surface (for example, a wall).
- Heels, shoulder blades, and the back of the head should touch the wall.
- Place the box or book on your head parallel to the floor (perpendicular to the wall) and mark its bottom edge with a pencil. It is very important to keep the parallel, otherwise the measurement will be incorrect.
