In order not to make the wrong size, you can make a pattern based on your child’s blouse that does not stretch. Leave 2 cm for the seam, outline with chalk or soap, after which you can cut out the blank. After this we begin to make black stripes. The strips are cut 3-4 cm wide and sewn onto the workpiece. After this, we sew the sections together.
To sew a tutu skirt, you need to purchase black and yellow tulle. Measure the girl's waist - this will be the elastic for the future skirt. Sew the ends of the elastic.
