Are trousers, jeans and down jackets prohibited?

Autumn in the country lasts longer than in Russia; down jackets are much more expensive than coats. In this regard, women, focusing on the weather, prefer the second option.
As for pants, Kim Jong-un’s wife also wears them, which means that there is no ban on them.
