Just recently another decade ended. She, like all the previous ones, brought a lot to the world of fashion. In the 1910s, there were some rather strange trends, as well as quite appropriate ones. I’ll tell you about them today.
Jeans
Tight “skinnies” with a low rise and peeking thongs became terribly boring in the two thousandth century. So in the next decade, fashion went to the other extreme. They were replaced by loose boyfriend jeans. Their main advantage is that all body types look equally good in them.

Sneakers
The ubiquitous platforms, which sometimes had to be literally dragged around, have been replaced by comfortable shoes in the past decade. The usual sports classics. Moreover, it has become fashionable to wear it with any clothing: a dress, a skirt, or even jeans. Convenience has come to the fore. The girl's legs finally breathed a sigh of relief.
Normcore
Fashion is like a pendulum - it swings from one extreme to another. The glamor of the 2000s sent the world into “normcore”.This style can be described in one phrase: “I want to dress in such a way that I don’t stand out from the crowd, and leave me alone with your fashion.”
Environmental friendliness and animalism
Real fur in tenths is finally becoming a bad taste. The textile industry has come a long way since the times of the Soviet Union, so the choice of artificial materials, or rather eco-fur, is quite large. Fur coats made from it are as soft, warm and fluffy as natural ones. But let the animals remain safe. People can print leopard print anyway. By the way, animal prints are coming back into fashion.
Oversized down jackets
The first noticeable trend with a touch of weirdness. Of course, such clothes are very comfortable and warm. However, it could be terribly inconvenient in storage and on walks. The voluminous puffy jacket tried to catch on something sharp or sweep up the hollow earth. And the people in them looked quite funny.

Black and nude
It is customary to attach the name “new black” to every new fashionable color. All because of the incredible popularity of dark shades. However, the “old” black remains just as popular.
However, in the tenths, flesh color gained particular popularity. And this was again a double-edged sword, as they say. All kinds of jackets, cardigans and turtlenecks in nude shades are a great stylish solution. But leggings, for example, already look extremely strange and deceptive. Sometimes you can’t tell right away whether a person is naked or wearing clothes.

Neon
Well, if nude is too boring, there is a bright alternative for it! Every decade should sparkle with something. If fashionistas have already taken away their beloved rhinestones, sequins and lurex, then it’s time to “light up” with neon colors.Sometimes such “acid” shades were appropriate and created interesting accents. But more often than not, the images again slipped into “goggle-eyedness.”

Boho chic and bandage dresses
For those who wanted to emphasize their femininity, hippie clothing came back into fashion. Only it began to be called differently. Flowing fabrics, floor-length skirts, natural colors, ethnic prints... You just want to drop everything, put on a wide-brimmed hat and run barefoot along the edge of the ocean.
