How to determine your blouse size
Light, elegant blouses come in different cuts - loose, fitted, with sleeves, sleeveless. To correctly record your measurements, you need to know your height, chest girth, waist and hip girth - these are the main numbers. If the item has sleeves, then you will need the length, circumference of the forearm and wrist. But this is required if you order custom tailoring from a studio. Size grids are based on basic indicators.
Measure your body. Chest circumference. The tape should go under the arms and along the most prominent line of the chest.
To calculate your waist size, wrap the tape strictly around the thinnest part. This value is useful for fitted blouses. If you intend to purchase a loose-fitting item, you can ignore this indicator.
Hips - we find the most protruding points on the buttocks and measure along this line. To be sure of the results, repeat the measurements.
Compare your data with the table figures. For example, if according to Russian indicators you match the minimum 40–42, then your international norm will correspond to XS. And the maximum is 54–56, the same as XXL. You can easily identify German, English, French.
