10. We take the purchased lace and cut the length into 2 parts. We collect each one into a ring and stitch together.
11. Stepping back from the top of the lace, we make a basting stitch - this is necessary for gathering. We begin to pull the thread on one side and collect the lace to the size of the width of the trouser leg. We tie the strings in a knot.
12. Carefully distribute the gathers and sew the trim to the bottom of the legs. We sew in a zigzag pattern along the top of the trouser legs, going 3 centimeters over them.
13. We thread the elastic band and sew on the decor.
