Ear rim - master class

The simplest option is cat ears made from identical beads.

Necessary:

• Wire, 1-2 millimeters in diameter;
• Thin hoop;
• Beads of the same size and diameter;
• Wire cutters;

1. We make notches on the hoop in the places where we will attach the ears.
2. We take the wire in half and fasten it around the hoop. Twist tightly with wire cutters in three turns.
3. We pass the tip of one wire through the bead, and with the second wire we go around the bead and again twist the wire cutters three times around the axis, together with the first wire.
4. So we fasten nine beads, bend the double wire on the 5th bead and use wire cutters to secure the end to the rim.
5. We braid the headband with a ribbon to give it a finished look.

Lacy cat ears

Lace ears look very impressive and seductive. Suitable materials include tulle, lace or guipure. Any colors.

Necessary:

• Thin hoop;
• Thin wire, 1 meter long;
• Braid, 1 centimeter wide and 1 meter long;
• Lace material – 30 centimeters;
• Pliers.

Master class on how to do the job:

1. Form the wire ears into triangle shapes, leaving small pieces of about 1cm to attach to the headband.
2. Outline the wire ears with a pencil on paper, cardboard, and cut out with scissors.
3. Place the cardboard templates on the lace, trace, leaving a small allowance for the fold.
4. We attach the wire ears to the hoop, twisting the wire with pliers.
5. Attaching the fabric to the ears can be done in several ways:
   – Using a glue gun, apply a bead of glue to the wire and apply the fabric.
   – Using a heated iron, place the fabric face down on the wire frame and apply the iron.
   – Using a thread and a needle, sew on.
6. Wrap the braid around the hoop, covering all manufacturing flaws. Secure the edges of the tape with a glue gun.

Such a headband can be decorated with a veil made of tulle - this will add mystery and sophistication to the image. The materials for making ears can be very diverse, as can the decorations that are used in them.

Hoop with mouse ears

Everyone loves ears like Mickey Mouse.And making them with your own hands is very simple. For this you will need:

• Black felt;
• Hoop of medium thickness;
• A piece of bright tulle (pink, yellow, red) - for a bow;
• Glue.

Manufacturing master class:

1. Draw the ear pattern on paper. It consists of 2 circles connected to each other by a straight section, the length equal to the width of the hoop x 2. The shape resembles a dumbbell.
2. We apply the pattern to felt and trace it with chalk. You need to cut 2 parts.
3. We wrap the ears around the hoop and glue them to it with glue.
4. Glue the ears together.
5. We put a bow out of tulle and glue it between the ears.

Ears are often made from artificial fur, flowers, artificial suede, decorated with pieces from disks, buttons, rhinestones, beads and anything else that comes to hand. The main thing here is not to overdo it and the creation of a unique accessory is guaranteed!
